GENERAL ADVICE

SILENCE: we try no to speak during the class or in the waiting room. Silence in the Center is very important. It provides an introspection and self- examination level which prepares the apprentice for the class. Silence is observed in a friemdly, respectful and creative way.

Shoes: You must always leave your shoes at the entrance. There will be no exception whatsover.

Cel Phones: Pleace make sure you cel phones are off.

Pain: Any physical pain should always be reported to the teacher before the class.

Wear comfortable clothes, cotton preferred.

Always bring a towel and a dry T-shirt to change clothes at the end of the class.

Try not to eat for at least 2 hours before the class. Or have a light meal (e.g., fruit.)
