In order to enhance its benefits, there are certain aspects which, in as far as aspossible, should be taken into account.

V Follow the series without skipping any position: every apprentice reaches his/he point. Then the closing postures begin.
The series works over time: it is harmful to force yourself.
Excercise frequency: It is better to have better less practice time more frequently than the other way around.
Look for continuity: The same time, the same days, the same place. This develops a habit, a footprint, and the body becomes used to it; therefore, you can exercise your body better.
DRest: It is strongly advised that you rest at least 1 day a week. For intense preactices, also rest full and new moon days.
